“The restaurant came highly recommended and our first visit was enjoyable but we were maybe a little over dressed and felt out of place. Food was lovely though. This being our second visit and it was perfect. We got an excellent table at the window and the Duo of Beef & Steak Pie were outstanding as was the Mint Aero cheesecake of the day (surely made from scratch in-house as it was delicious!) We look forward to another visit as soon as we get a babysitter :-)

Parking: Parking can be accessed from two points. One at the side of the building and one round the back which takes you to the lower level. Make sure to give your registration at hotel or restaurant reception.”

“had lunch on Saturday with my daughter and was welcomed by your very friendly waitress who was very attentive and showed us to a table. drinks order was taken quickly and we were given time to choose what we wanted. we went with the steak pie with new boiled potatoes and veg and macaroni cheese & chips which came with a lovely dressed side salad. both meals were excellent, hot and fresh and very tasty. portions are a good size too. we chose lemon tart & ice cream and hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream for desserts and again the quality was amazing and both very tasty. 2 course each and a pint each of diet coke came to under £40 which was reasonable. would definitely recommend for the friendly atmosphere, a warm welcome by staff, good decor and great food.”
