“Just called in one minute before they closed. Made me a bag of chips even though they were closing. Goyt chatting to the girls and on finding out it was my birthday ( genuinely) didn't charge for the chips. Good old fashioned courtesy and customer service.

“Coffee quality is the same as other Costas. I find it often takes a bit longer to get served in here compared to other stores though.
