Absolutely awful.Would give 0 stars if possible. Got a mix of small dishes, some of which I've included photos of. Both of those chicken orders in the photos cost £5.95 each.£5.95 for a box of 3 burnt chicken pieces and a crumb. Shocking. Both were either chewie, burnt or both.Also delivered late and cold, which is forgivable. But to then be greeted with disgusting food was a slap in the face.Firehouse Grill clearly hold low standards for their customers, so I won't be ordering again.Spent £30 on our order and most of it went in the bin. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a American burger and chips the Burger had raw parts inside of it they gave us a refund and gave us a other burger and chips but they still had raw parts inside (also just not cooked right refused to give my dad money back and telling us to post pictures on facebook ( is discussing all of my dad and mine burgers r raw

Ready to give up on this place. Food is great & regularly order. My son does not like salad or sauce so add same note every time. Order arrives with receipt attached & my note visable. Yet again son can only eat half burger as salad & sauce included. Happens more often than not. Unsure why basic note can't be followed

I used order here frequently. But my last order was terrible. My order was late, incorrect, and parts not edible. The XL hotdog is now tiny, and the firehouse fries were cold, dry, with overloaded ranch sauce trying to compensate. Its was a cold congealed mess we could not eat. Our bbq base pizza turned up tomato, and it being gluten free if they can't get the base right how are we to have faith its actually gluten free - not worth the risk for my celiac wife. The worst part is the customer service. I called to complain we got, an apology and several excuses. The order went in the bin. I'm disappointed and won't be ordering there again I suggest you give them a miss.

Ordered food from here, came 2 hours later, majority of the order was cold. Phoned to get a refund but the woman on the phone had an attitude, accusing us of lying about the food being cold. Would not recommend ordering from here unless you like cold food with a side of attitude. Not the first time the delivery’s been late either!

Ribs were absolutely delicious, full of flavour and perfectly tender. BBQ Boneless chicken bites were a lovely starter and when dipped in the blue cheese dressing, OOOOOOFFFT! Will 100% order again. It may seem pricey but the portion sizes are incredible, worth every penny.

My order turned up late, incorrect, cold and mostly not edible. The XL hotdog that I've ordered before is now half the size, and the bun hard and chewy like it had been microwaved, the firehouse fries were ice cold, dry and not even being doused in ranch sauce could hide how nasty this cold congealed mess was. Our gluten free BBQ pizza base turned up a tomato, and if they can't get the base right, how can we have confidence it is actually gluten free, not worth the risk for my celiac wife. The food went in the garbage. When I called to complain I got offered an apology. Not good enough. I won't be ordering again. I suggest you give them a miss
