Popped in at lunchtime for first time today. What value...Hamburger Supper and Can for £3.90...Chips were fantastic crispy on outside soft in middle. Staff were fantastic.

I have ordered from here since I can remember but not again. The customer service I received tonight was actually appalling I know that places can get busy and forget things or mishear but when a loyal customer phones and says you have forgotten something to be told I didn’t order it then so instead of arguing about it with someone who was honestly so rude. I says okay just send me it down please I’ll pay for it thinking they’ll send it down right away as any place normally does. I phone them back almost half an hour after getting my order with the missing coleslaw for a burger to be told I can just cancel it. My boyfriend has diabetes and took his jag for his dinner then nearly 40 mins later the driver turns up and says a fiver for coleslaw because they charged me for delivery again. It’s actually mind boggling anyone orders from you because we will not be back. So so rude. Like nobody who’s a paying customer should get spoken to like that shouting in the background in frustration for me phoning wanting to know why coleslaw has took over 30 mins that was to go with a burger that was obviously getting cold. So many things have annoyed me about this place tonight honestly

I don't know what is worse the food or the attitude of the staff, seriously rank rotten, prices you would think i was buying the place ,obviously the owner has a nasty tounge by her reply to reviews, bad business that, but hey I won't be returning, better chippys else

Got 3 rolls chips at 4.15pm chips were disgusting then got a pizza tonight and it was minging freezing cold. We get food 6nights a weeks n certain nights it is honestly absolutely beautiful then some nights a wouldnt even feed the food to a dog. I can't believe the amount of money we spend in here and we get food a dog would even turn its nose up at.
