Orderd 2 chicken platters for Sunday dinner as I'd heard that it was good.paid £54 for this on just eat. At delivery time said it was delivered but didn't appear. Waited an hour then phoned ladz for an up date. But was told it left the shop at 3.20 .this order wasn't del8vered now I'm sitting with the family without a dinner and out of pocket cause the shop can't do anything about it and I have to complain with just eat. I was a first time customer but won't be ordering again.

They need to stop accepting orders they can't fulfil. Uber "priority" delivery estimating 30 min delivery and over an hour later they don't even have the food ready for a driver to collect. Two Uber drivers have been to collect but food not ready. Don't accept the order if you can't meet the demand.Update: the order came and hour and a half in, even after paying for a 25-35 min "priority" delivery. The worst thing is the Uber driver who eventually did deliver was waiting at the restaurant for considerable time. This poor and selfish planning has a direct impact on these guys' incomes as it makes them miss out on other deliveries. A sign of terrible planning from restaurant management - sort it out or refuse the order.

Had the Lamb chops platter with medium sauce and the Ladz burger, chops were so juicy and tender and the burger was really well done especially with the Halloumi added extra, sides were hot and crispy and staff were extra attentive, deserves 6 stars if we’re being

There is no denying how good the food is but the actual restaurant is filthy from top to bottom. Wings tremendous but my pitta was stale and inedible.

First time trying this place . Just eat ordered a gourmet beef burger meal with double cheese , mozzarella sticks & dips & can of Fanta & Omg it was absolutely stunning ?? Burger cooked to perfection & nice crunchy salad .?The mozzarella sticks & dips were delish & everything was still nice & hot which is a bonus bcz sometimes with it being a delivery it can be jst tepid by time it arrives. First time & it certainly won’t be my last ! ? Can’t wait to try the sit in menu ! ? Deffo recommend! This place is class !‼️?

Ended up here, sort of by accident. The happiest accident I have made. This is possibly the best burger in Scotland. I live in Glasgow. Planning on bringing people back here. I don’t have photos. There is nothing left of it. Thanku so much for making our lunch ?
The food is always spot on.Very helpful staff and very clean establishment.The butterfly chicken is amazing.My new favourite place for takeaway.Lunchtime deals are amazing.

Got a few items which were decent but the ladz “smash patty” burger I wouldn’t bother,it’s definitely not fresh so can’t be smashed it’s cheap generic meat in the burger and the chicken breast was rock solid,the chicken wings were soft and tasty though! Overall I wouldn’t go again after that
