Had a take away from here a few days ago, I wouldn't say it was the best fish and chips I have had before. Didn't really like the batter on the fish and could of done with more salt and vinegar on them. It wasn't too expensive though considering the location but I don't think they should charge for tomato ketchup.

Everytime we visit Llandudno for the day we never fail to call @ the galleon on our way home ...This might only be once in every few years as we drive from stoke on Trent...But we can't resist as they are the best fish & chips we have ever tasted , a little expensive tbf ... but worth every penny & we sit in the car to experience the pleasure .Thankyou galleon & also to the lovely lady who allowed us to use the toilet before our journey home .See you next time we visit ??❤

Visited Galleon chippy on the recommendation of a friend. I wasn't disappointed. We ordered fish and chips cooked to order. The fish ? was very fresh and the batter was light and crispy. The chips ? was good too tasted really nice not greasy at all. They have a good selection of battered fish. Haddock Plaice and Cod. We tried the cod. This chippy is is a short walk from Rhos on sea beach ?. If you're visiting the area and fancy freshly cooked fish and chips pop in. If I'm there again I definitely will. ?????

Been here a few times and the fish and chips is always excellent. Really good location too - you can walk down and eat by the sea. It's popular so expect to queue for takeaway (even at lunch) and if you want plaice, warn them as soon as possible so they can get it cooking. The chip portions are very generous!

Love the food and normally great, but to tell a customer you don't have scraps when you're constantly cooking fish and it takes around 20 second to dip your finger in the batter and drop in the pan isn't good enough really, when the average is around 20 quid these days. I know this from over 30 years experience and the customer service is equally important to the food. So I've marked you down a point.

We stumbled upon the Galleon chippy whilst out walking in Rhos on Sea. What a find amazing. The couple who run it are delightful. We usually go to the chippy on the Orm. This chippy is as good if not better. I had a child's fish, chips and peas and it came with with a free drink. My husband had curry sauce and chips. It was all lovely and very reasonably priced. Under £10, the very same on the Orm £16. I would highly recommend this shop. 10 out of 10.

Not impressed at all. Spent over £20. Bought 2 lots of fish and chips and some of chips are clearly mouldy, rotten. You can see the holes where the creatures have crawled through the potato, its rotting. Not happy at all. Will not be eating here again. Do not recommend eating here... how they can serve food like that I don't know..
