Went in for lunch today at 12:40. We explained we didn’t have much time as needed to go back to work. After about 20 minutes our toastie finally got put on. We got served with 2 minutes to spare only to be told there had been no chips put on to go with it. The toastie was dry, I asked for tuna and sweetcorn mayo and got dry tuna and sweetcorn. Terrible service. Asked for a refund for the chips. Won’t be back.

On ordering online at Dario’s on a Sunday night twice lately, my order has been ignored by your staff resulting in my having been charged for my food you have been concentrating on the just eat portion of your service. And ignoring us on the Dario’s web site.This appears to only happen on a Sunday night so perhaps teaching the staff about this will help.In the meantime I am again having to wait for my refund through the website, which takes days

Waited two hours for a small pizza and chips it’s a bloody joke then there phoning me saying it will be ten minutes then phoning me 10 minutes later saying it will be 10 more minutes it’s an absolute joke will not be going back here I only wanted some chips and pizza !!!!

Food freezing cold and greasy states you get 8 chilli cheese bits gave us 6 just avoid not one to leave reviews but that was a joke

Food was disgusting! Soggy & cold. Order was late phoned up to ask when it would arrive to be answered by someone rude "how do you know it's late.... Will be there when it's there" I've complained not only to the shop but further.. think inspection are needed in that shop. Absolutely worse chippy I've been to & won't be returning.
