when i order from the dunfermline dominos everything tastes amazing, however every time we order from the cowdenbeath one the pizza and dough balls are very dry. The pizza was barley sliced and had to slice it ourselves

absolutely disgusting I can't post if swearing 1 hour to deliver to cardenden pizza was frozen phoned shop git a 12 year old manager pretty much said to me oh sorry boot that em excuse me it wasn't a 5 pound bag of chips I ordered his reply to me was well what di yi want meh tae dae. fuming bairn had fell asleep the lot. thin and crispy oh ya bit paper was thicker.

over 30mins late gave them a call got a 12 year old manager saying delivery left about 10mins ago but its already 30 mins all o got was sorry about that something must be wrong with online thing em excuse well what do you want me to do about that, disgusting attitude to have pizza arrived frozen
Ordered delivery for night in meal, pizza was good but order was missing 2 large garlic dips that were paid for, phoned the company and was dealt with by an arrogant member of staff who clearly has no level of customer service this has left a horrid taste in my mouth for dominoes as a whole and I hope whoever answered the call reads this as i am shaking with anger whilst writing this with the way the I was spoken to over the phone, I wish this to be taken further but my partner won't allow me to visit the store, have asked for refund on dips so will see if this transpires or a visit will take place

Great pizza, great service! Some dominos stores don't pick up the phone but the staff are always helpful and have never gotten my order wrong.I've ordered in store a few times and heard other customers complaining/ just being rude for stupid reasons and thought the staff were very professional and patient!
