The staff here are abysmal asked for a mixed calzone absolutely no veg or salad, girl on the phone had a very smart attitude “it doesn’t come with that anyway” only to find out when it arrived that of course it was layered with onions called to be told that I never asked for it without only then to offer me a remake or my money back… didn’t like when I asked for my money back and was greeted with nothing but threatening behaviour in a shop full of customers definitely will not be returning I’m quite surprised no one from trading standards has dropped in??♂️

Had the best chicken kebab ever, white pudding is good too. I'd always ask for the fish to be fried fresh though if you don't mind waiting.Best white puddings around.

First class Fish and Chips. The batter was perfect crispy crumbly and the chips the best I've had in a while. Friendly staff too. Well worth a visit ??

Ordered a cheeseburger, and was sent a fried cheeseburger. Apparently on the app, it states whether you want it fried or not and it clearly doesn't on the `Dunfermline `Eats app. When I phoned to ask why I had received this order, I was told I put it in wrong and requested it. Does not say anywhere if you want fried, because why would I get a burger fried and no bun with it?

Ordered 1 spring roll supper and a single spring roll. Was served in minutes the spring rolls were first class and chips were the best ever. Staff were great. When back up in this area will be back for more thank you

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I am from Glasgow up visiting my friend and her family. Phone for a collection went down to the shop to get told to get to f”ck out his shop. This is the owner of this place i have never met in my life just kicked off whilst customers where in the shop and binned my order. The most annoying thing is i never opened my mouth to him at all, all i said was i am here for a collection. Never again will i step foot in this place

Spend £30 a week in here food great but really getting annoyed at having to phone back for them messing ma order up sick of it come home from work try get a delivery which is ment to be convenient but instead I need to wait till the driver comes back with what ever they haven't gave me poor very poor don't even get a sorry just I will send the driver back
