We had a king donner & large naan with salad/sauce between two of us. The meat was delicious and fresh (no hard bits at the edges), and the naan was superb. We just walked in the shop to order, but we waited 45mins for our food. They seemed busy with "just eat' orders etc so 'walk-ins' appeared to be in a kinda virtual queue, even tho the shop seemed quiet! It would be better if someone else done the online orders, whilst another served the actual customers in shop? Again, the food was excellent, just the service let it down. In saying that, we'd maybe phone our next order & collect ourselves, but would definitely go back.

We ordered food from here then was told they can’t deliver it even though we’re just 6 miles away. When we arrived at the takeaway the service we received was awful. As for the food, it was cold, bland and stale, not authentic food at all, man even my dogs wouldn’t eat it had to throw it in the bin

Second time order has taken a significant amount of time in under a couple of months. First one was wrong order, and second wasn't warm enough to have been freshly made. Don't get a delivery go to the place yourself if you want correct warm food

My partner ordered from here last last and when the delivery guy arrived he told us it was an extra £5 delivery charge, even though on Foodhub we had already paid the £2.50 delivery charge.

Ordered a veggi curry and it wasnt up to much tasted of tomato sauce with veg and the occasional bite of strong curry bits like it wasnt made proberly ,sorry wont be back ?

Waited 3 hours for a delivery from 3 mile away, service is unacceptable, surely you should know how long an order will be to dispatch, once the money is took the service goes down hill.?????
All l can say is Do not use. Go down the road and use the other place, had to bin the food it was raw!No offer off a refund will call trading standards on Monday

Food is really really nice however delivery is a joke, I've ordered off them 5 times and the quickest delivery was 1 hour 40 and the longest was nearly 3 hours,,, so if you don't mind waiting an eternity then order otherwise if you value your time go elsewhere, decided to give it one last try and true to form took 2hr 40 and stone cold,, totally wasted £16value your time go elsewhere,,,,,

Wouldn’t go near this place! Total JOKEOrdered two hoagies to get delivered ASAP on the just eat app 2 hours and 50 mins later it arrived COLD. Phoned the shop twice the first timeWas on loud speaker and the man was so rude this was over 1 hour and he said it was getting prepared and hung up second time the man who answered the phone didn’t understand or speak good English and the first man came back on the phone it’s on way willBe with you in a few minutes. Half an hour plus it arrived and the delivery driver said the shop was busy!I requested my money back through the app and was waiting to hear back got a text this morning Aisha not returning any money as wasn’t their fault they are blaming the delivery driver for being stuck in traffic. Nearly 3 hours from auchinleck to cumnock!!Not impressed and definitely won’t be back near the place!
