Had chicken nuggets, chips cheese curry, horrible horrible chips and hardly any cheese or curry sauce. On top of that the person who had the nuggets has just thrown it all up. Never getting from here again.

The service was absolutely horrible. Missed out on several item 3 times. Had to put through several transactions. And at they end they still missed something. At that point we just left. Didnt even offer anything complimentary after 3 mistakes. Staff needs customer

When food was finally delivered it was wrong, items missing off orders full suger coke given when I ordered diet as I'm diabetic also food allergies ignored. Manager wasn't interested just tried to give me a 10% discount on my next order and told they couldn't do anything cause they were too busy, great customer care just take your money and give you what they feel like giving you to eat to hell with dietary requirements. Plus the order took 2 hours to be delivered and was cold. I WILL NEVER GET FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN.Dietary restrictions: Pay no attention to allergies also were not interested that they gave me full suger coke twhen I ordered diet as I'm diabetic. The manager was rude and couldn't have cared less. Didn't want to solve the problem as they were too busy and just expected me to leave it at that and take a 10% next time. Ok I'll just do that and go into a diabetic coma cause you don't want to fix you screw up.

Doesn't have an option for minus so had to give it 1 star called for a delivery just recieved it 20 min ago. My chicken, sweetcorn and pineapple pizza is greasy, my partners chips are under cooked and his burger tastes sweet as for my kids chips they are under cooked aswell. The only thing that was good about the food were the fruit shoots that came with the kids meal. This chip shop is as bad as jazz 's chippy in woodburn. I would not advise anyone to eat from here unless you like undercooked food also my sons cheese and tomato pizza is burnt the only thing that was over cooked total waste of money think they need to close down and find jobs they can actually do as running a chip shop isn't one of them. I am totally disgusted I got charged nearly 30 quid for a chippy that probably will make us ill . Update* I now saw with my own eyes that you buy your pizzas from aldi which by the way the pizzas are only 90p and will get over charged at this chip shop. I actually think contacting my local omnibudsman to get help with health and safety for them to go to bene's would be a good idea.

Normally everything is great but tonight my hubby ordered Mac n cheese and a cheese n tomato calzone his was piping hot but my pizza wasn’t even luke warm and the 1 slice of garlic bread was cold not a happy pizza bunny ?won’t be back for a long time

Great takeaway good food and never been disappointed. Staff are always nice and pleasant too usually quite busy so which is a good sign. I find it best to go in instead of a delivery.Wheelchair accessibility: Car parking right atthe door and no stairs so easily accessible for you.

Wouldn't guve 1 star, but no option40 mins late.3 mini sausages instead of 2 large.Pizza garlic bread and burgers were hard and colder than my mother in law.Curry sauce vile and not worth £2.60 for half a small foil tray.Chips were hard.Over priced is an understatement.Won't be back.

So ordered food tonight from this branch thinking that it was going to be good, looking forward to a great family night in after returning home from Australia, we ordered a cheese pizza with jalapeño and sweetcorn on it as my friend is vegetarian and is allergic to pepperoni to only go home and receive a pepperoni pizza, nearly had to get the epi pen out poor thing was shaken haven’t seen her like this in ages. We were also given fries which we didn’t order we ordered chips not a big deal but still want to get what we ordered got home for the second time for the fish to stil be swimming in grease in the box and rubbery. Very poor experience won’t be back very shocking! It’s a big no from meVegetarian options: My friend is vegetarian and got pepperoni pizza uhhhhhDietary restrictions: Disgusting shocking

Ordered Munchie box told it would be 45 mins, after an hour and 10 mins I was told it was about to leave the shop after a further 45 mins I phoned to cancel as 2 hours later i know it’s going to be cold as is what happens with this shop. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! Terrible service ?
