Guys always on phone and in a bad mood . Bad energy all round . Not going back again.

Do not use the petrol station for click and collect for parcels. When presented with evidence from eBay and Royal Mail tracking numbers evidencing delivery with a date and time still maintain they do not have parcels.

Shell is buying Russian oil. They are helping to fund war. ***** Thank you Shell for your feedback yesterday and announcing today that you will be discontinuing purchases of Russian oil.

Fuel to make cars go!

Most of the staff that ever work in this place hate petrol and customers. They want you dead. Well they act like they do. If the current night shift boy isn't asleep in the toilet, he's screaming at you for daring to want to buy something (you absolute c^nt.....don't you know how stressful stacking crisps is). On a serious note, the station does have some good staff members but last night I was literally barked at for trying to pay cash cuz he was "extremely busy" despite nobody else being there. I was actually shocked enough to write this review.I'd say I'd avoid it but I'm far too lazy to drive to the other one. If you're in the area and your petrol light is showing, i'd just abandon the car and get a bus instead. Your car will thank you.ALSO: They've signed up for UBER EATS and put the location in the wrong place a mile away, so even the Uber Drivers avoid the place like the plague because they can't start the trip.

Was directed to this petrol station in the middle of the night. The station was well lit up, and appeared to have a adequate number of fuel pumps (though I couldn't comment on during the day or busy periods) - The pump ⛽ was pretty good in that it was easy to stop on the desired amount fuel. With it being a 24hr petrol station I expected service via a window, but to my surprise the shop was fully open. The night shift staff member wasn't overly keen on conversation but was pleasant enough. The price of fuel was of course exorbitant & extortionate.Overall this Shell Fuel station met my expectations in that I was able to easily purchase the required amount of fuel.4/5?

I have personally worked for shell in a few petrol stations and i can easily say this is the worst I've been to by far. At every visit (and I'm local) the staff are lazy, rude, unprofessional and completely unwelcoming. You are lucky if you can pry any more sound out of them than unidentifiable grunts and groans. The staff are frequently standing on thier mobile phones either ignoring you or serving while chatting to people on the other end. On more occasions than i would care to see i have pulled in to fuel up and have been met by staff that are angry and swearing as i have interupted thier cigarette break out on the forecourt. Not directly swearing at me i must add but as they go back to the shop. Customer service is non-existent and if i can get fuel elsewhere i do but being my local petrol station i find myself having to many encounters with the place.

All staff here are really great EXCEPT Thinesh. He is always incredibly unhelpful, disinterested and rude, unable or unwilling to answer even the simplest of questions. He let's down all the other hardworking guys in there. Poor effort.

Went down to garage at night as I needed dog food and milk and got served at the window but the the Pakistani guy was very unhelpful and rude as I asked for milk and he went and got it but just walked away as I went to say I wanted dog food so waited till he came back and I asked for dog food but he Sayed there was none so he didn't have to go back for it but I could see it clearly through the window so just left it and as he was giving me my change he threw it on to the mental bit and muttered something under his breath thought this was very extremely rude and won't be back this man shouldnt even be working here as he shouldn't be talking to costumers like that

Staff are always friendly enough, usually same guy when i nip up at night isnt the cheapest of places but im thankful for them being there 24/7 especially if ive run out of milk & bread which are mostly what i go for the shell is actually cheaper for milk than our local coop/scotmid/trenches but anything else is a fair bit pricey.

I went in yesterday (27/01/18) to Hoover my car, put in a pound coin when I attempted to do the hoovering only to realise there is no suction and the hose is clocked up with dirt. I went in to notifier the lady, grumpy lady I've ever met , always in a bad mood with long straight face. Instead for her to acknowledge what I was saying, she started to urgue with me and that it wasn't her job to check the hoover . Well if that's the case then who's job is it really ? I don't think she should be dealing with the public because she is not very good in customer service. I live about a mile away from this garage but I will never use it again. Majority of the time their equipment are not working and nobody really cares!!!!!

The forecourt services include car wash, jet wash, air, water, and hover, not the cheapest fuel in the area, 24/7 shop with pay point and cash machine,
