Orders are frequently wrong and deliveries take forever and often have items missing. When they get it right it is great but it is like flipping a coin more often than not, unfortunately.

The food is great, but we always have something missing. Think we are owed four fried rice, three nans, 15 salad ?, three curry sauces, etc. 9 Always say they will keep on record to get discount next time. That never happens.

Chicken Maryland is just chicken and chips. No pineapple fritter no banana friter, no sausage or bacon. Sorry,not a chicken Maryland at all.

Excellent place, exceptionally clean, friendly helpful staff, Nan bread is amazing however chicken tikka masala was far too salty, so much so that we hardly ate any of it. 1st time we have been to Zains and quite disappointed.

Ordered a mixed kebab and lamb shish kebab on way home. Lamb overcooked and salty like hell ( unedible) , the pita bread disintegrated salad disaster. Mixed kebab same thing with lamb again, donner meat ok ? chicken same as lamb oversalted. You can't tell the difference what meat you are eating is that salty. Sorry, but we were very disappointed. Can't post a pic for some reason of the disaster we got. We had to bin £ 18 worth of food as it was not for human consumption .Rant over. Stay away folks

Food has never been as good since they renovated. We have dad several wrong orders and the price goes up but quality has gone way down.

We ordered a takeaway of chicken tikka masala. Oh my god, ive never tasted any tikka like it!! Pasty, no flavour, inedible. Had to throw it in the bin! Both my friend and i highly dissapointed. Heard good things about this place, but for me. Never again. Disgusting!!
Nice enough food but service can be very slow - was told it would be 25 minutes from order being placed to food being ready, and it was almost 1 hour!! When I kept asking how long it would be I was told it’ll just be a few more minutes.Also when I eventually got it home, kebab sauce was missing and the chips and kebab were soggy.Won’t be rushing back unfortunately! Seems it’s gone a bit down hill of late!!
