This is the coldest, sadest eatery I ever eaten in . The gravy was like thick mud. Food was standard, This is defo the worst KFC I've ever visited...sorry guys!

Went through the drive through. Absolutely shocking staff. First of all tried to short change the amount of food we paid for. When challenged about the food got cheek off a server. The two male members of staff getting the food constantly swore and cursed about customers. I had two children in the car and the language off the two servers was disgusting. When asked tomspeak to manager was told to get out of car and got to the counter which I wasn't going to do. When The female manager turned up seemed scared of the two boys behind the counter. Will not be using it again absolutely disgraceful KFC I would be ashamed of being associated with it.Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly with the staff swearing In front of children

Customer service at the window was shocking I asked if everything was in there in which replied yes to find out the wrap and side wasn’t, for him to then wave the wrap in front of me as I was looking in the bag in a cheeky manner then to open up my zinger burger and find a big long hair in it then no reply on the phone, place is dirty with food lying on the floor I could see from the drive thru window, was also waiting 15 minutes at drive thru, manager clearly needs to get grip of the branch

Food was ok and hot which is a nice change for KFC however the bathroom facilities were grim and customer service slow and disorganised. Only ordered one small item and was made to wait.Also the floor is incredibly slippery the minute you step in which I felt was a bit questionable.

After waiting to be served for 10 min I had to shout "excuse me" as the staff were literally doing nothing, the customer before me had to request his "burger" as all he received was a bun with lettuce, when I eventually received my order I checked the order and half of it was missing, I then had to have a slightly heated discussion with the staff to receive my full order. The staff is abysmal and a disgrace to the KFC franchise.

Expensive rubbish. Chips are awful funny taste and horrible smell. Chicken coating rather dry . Couldn't get over the cost how expensive ut is now won't be going back in a hurry.

If you want served by idiots and clowns go to KFC Dumbarton. Got my order wrong chips were cold, gave me a fork for the Coleslaw I ordered but no Coleslaw. They really do employ the dumbest
