Mediocre McDonald’s franchise, very inconsistent. I’ve had excellent crispy nuggets from here and I’ve had soggy and cold nuggets. I’ve had great tasting burgers and I’ve had thrown together soggy cold messes. Most recently we ordered for delivery, including happy meals for kids, which the staff had thrown in bags with the happy meal boxes flat packed and they were missing the hamburgers! Couldn’t phone as they just answered and left the phone on the side until it was off the hook. Support through the app was also not helpful, blaming Deliveroo even though McDonald’s staff compile the order and seal the bags.Check your orders for accuracy and/or missing items.Only use this franchise of McDonald’s due to location convenience.Generally speedy drive thru.

I normally only get breakfast here as not a fan of their burgers, but did try the new cheesy bacon burger was ok, partner got the chicken big Mac ( says he won't get again) both burgers were threw together I had half a red onion in mine although the cheese bites were good.Although we have now started to check our order as there's always something missing.Parking: Plenty of parking here, just watch for some drivers driving down the middle of the road.

Just seen the service counter take a rejected big mac from a customer and then instantly give it as part of a drive through. After the previous customer had handled it!

Great service, nice hot food at reasonable prices. Located in a easy to access place. Worth a stop to fill your belly.

They need to stop serving luke warm and cold food. Chips were cold, big mac burgers were luke warm, and even the coffee was not very hot.

Appalling lazy staff parking cars for cheeseburgers and hamburger cmon these things should be ready on hold, but no was told to park in laby then after 30 seconds member of staff walked out with food ready shocking under trained staff and Appalling service
my food was good but there was this one manger that was very rude to other staff and customers, he was a short man with blond hair and his attitude is appalling, i’m absolutely disgusted if managers treat other people like that, will not be going there again! will be going to balloch instead of dumbarton.

McDonald’s has a lot to answer for they blame Uber eats all the time and usually they are right!However McDonald’s continue to use them saying it’s not their fault they won’t get involved yet are happy to continue to use Uber even though they are aware that Uber eats give the worst service in all of history!Just because of that I will not ever use McDonald’s again plenty other restaurants who use professional delivery services!!!

Ordered a delivery, 2050, recieved at 2130 stone cold, half a milkshake no spill in the bag and when you phone to say your £27 meal is cold your told take it up with user who got paid £4 to deliver, I'll assume its not just McDonald's dumbarton saying this but that's a disgrace. I live a 5 min drive from McDonald's and the driver made 2 stops before calling here, McDonald's made the decision to give a driver 3 stops not us, deleting the app and not using them again to call into or order from, such a CON.
