Me and my family had visited The Dinning resturant over the September weekend.when we first arrived we recieved a warm welcome from owner which was really nice and staff member had given us a friendly smile. I also like that he had given us the option of where we would like to be seated. Food was great couldn't fault it on anything as all so delicious and like that it was cooked pretty much infront of us so couldn't get any fresher, in fact my partner said it was probably one of the best Indian restaurants he has been too! Price of the food was also reasonable for the amount that we had been given as well as my little boy saying he would of liked to have tried a few more things if he wasn't so full to which then at the end of our meal the owner had given him some samples away with him which was very kind of the man as he had gone out his way to do this for him. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and would far as say would travel the 30/40 mins just to dine in the restaurant again. We will definitely be returning soon :0)

Not my first time and won’t be my last time visiting, food is always amazing and they are very welcoming! I love that you can sit and enjoy your meal and you are not rushed out the door and can take your time. It’s a family favourite and best Indian in the area, thank you!

Visited the dining room with my boyfriend and had an absolutely lovely time, the owner was an amazing host, very friendly and looked after us well! The food was absolutely delicious too! Will definitely be visiting again if we’re ever in the area again! Thank you for an amazing visit!

Visited with 5 adults, everyone thought their curry was absolutely delicious. The dishes were packed with flavour and carefully spiced. Great little place and very friendly owner. It would be my local curry restaurant if I lived closer! Would thoroughly recommend.

We booked this restaurant from reviews on Tripadvisor, it did not disappoint. Excellent service, great food and very good value. We were on holiday and would highly recommend The Dining Room. We will be back.
We found this restaurant searching through through Trip Advisor after many places were booked out due to the Eat out to Help out scheme and I am so glad we did. The restaurant is small and in a row of empty looking shops and, to be honest, we did question it but please don’t let that stop you. The food at The Dining Room is amazing. We are holidaying here from London and this restaurant was on par with Benares, a 5 star restaurant. From the in-house made pickle with the popadoms to the in-house made paneer, the quality was exceptional. Please do try The Dining Room if you possibly can. We are gutted it’s not closer to home

Simple to review No 10. Great food. Really fresh and with a reduced Gee content we enjoyed the best Indian food we could remember. Amar cares about his work and the food that is served up. We were travelling up to the Highlands and this meal has put Dumbarton on our culinary map. We wish him and his family all the best for the future. We will be back . Vince & Julia

Fabulous meal and Amar was a great host. We turned up on the off chance and he fitted us in and did everything he could to make our meal a lovely experience. The restaurant is simply and tastefully decorated. The main meal took a little longer to arrive but that’s because everything is made from scratch. This is a cut above other Asian restaurants. Food and service excellent! Thanks for a lovely evening!
