Went in to grab a quick lunch. The place was so busy, as you would expect. However I felt like the workers were taking their time, there were only 2 people in front of me yet I spent nearly half an hour waiting for a hot drink and a toastie being made! Perhaps I expected a little better. The food was great though, as was the hot chocolate.Dietary restrictions: Alternative milk options for dairy free people.

Always love going to this place, nice and friendly staff! Always good to try out new coffee beans, usually have the ones to try on the counter they are delicious! Great variety of food also. It has a seating section out the back too so really nice to enjoy your coffee outside! Dog friendly also with water and treats for the pooches!

I like going to Nero's, not just for the coffee.It's great my dog can come with me, she loves all the attention from other customers.
The coffee is good but they really could do with a bit of cleaning.
