I have just had the most wonderful afternoon tea with a friend to celebrate his birthday. Norman and his staff were so attentive, and it is obvious that he takes a pride in providing a delicious spread. Everything was home- made - soup. mini sausage -rolls. four different kinds of sandwiches on good, fresh bread cut into fingers, two kinds of scones and the cakes ! Home -made raspberry and cream tarts, ditto strawberry ones, meringues , millionaire shortbread, ices gingerbread. All the little touches made it so special - china cups , milk jug and sugar basin. And all at such an unbelievably reasonable price that we won't be waiting for a special occasion before we have another splendid afternoon tea.

Really good value and the staff were so nice and helpful. Young lad spent time talking to us and made us feel very welcome and talked passionately about his city and football. Absolutely spotless inside and food and coffee was class. Will be back when next up.

Awesome. It's so nice inside and the staff are first class. The food and drinks were great and ready very quickly. I use a wheelchair and it's very accessible with good, clean toilet facilities.Parking: It's directly across from Dundee bus station in the centre of the city so the parking is as you would expect in such a setting. I used the disabled parking very close by (in St Andrews Street) which is good.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, no automatic door but that's a very common thing so it would be churlish to complain. Good toilet facilities too.

Consistently high standards from friendly and efficient staff. Coffee & other drinks of good quality. Some fresh baking onsite. Soups made onsite and very tasty. Pleasant surroundings. Nice fellow customers , many of whom are regulars.
First time I was in here, place is stunning and food and coffee spot on. Kids come all the time with granny's so was highly recommended. Definitely returning for future visits.

Been sitting in here while I wait for my driving instructor. Have my test today. Part of me hopes I don’t pass so I still have a reason to come get this coffee. Staff are excellent, especially Norman and the lad who just got a mullet.

Coffee, bacon rolls, baking on the premises, scones highly recommended. This place has it all. The staff and the owner Norman are very efficient but friendly as well. Seems a lot of regulars and so booking is important if a few in your group.
