Honestly one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've had in a long time.

We had our work christmas party tonight, the owner is lovely, service and cake are great. It’s a great place for a small causal party or meet up

Dropped in for hot drink and cake, at this small independent coffee shop.Friendly proprietor, main trade with university students apparently.Worthy of more local support.

Friendly staff, lovely decorations, and I like the "pass it on" initiative. However food is quite bland for my taste.I had the avocado toast with salmon on the side. It was literally just avocado on sourdough with not much seasoning.Price at the end was calculated wrong as well but I questioned it and that was corrected.Overall it was a nice café but food was not flavourful for me. Still worth a visit because of their staff and ethos.

My first experience of FIKA; a very nice, friendly cafe with some really nice ciabattas and bakery. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are regulars at Fika, we love the ambience and the quality of the food and drinks is always excellent. Thanks to Charlotte, Petunia and the rest of the team.

I was really gutted to visit today as I've followed Fika on Instagram for ages and I was really looking forward to an accessible and trans inclusive space for a cup of tea and some vegan cake. I arrived in my wheelchair and there was a step at the entrance. I had googled beforehand and the cafe was listed as being wheelchair accessible, my partner and I waited outside for a few moments, but no one seemed to notice us. Feeling a bit let down, my partner went inside whilst I sat outside in my wheelchair, he bought me a slice of vegan sticky toffee loaf which after being wheeled back up the hill, I ate in the car. It was so stale that it was inedible. My partner tells me that it was the last slice there and there weren't anymore vegan cakes. So ultimately it just ended up going in the bin as both of us felt so dejected by it all that we couldn't face going back.

Fika has such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. Petunia especially is an absolute credit to the team, and I can always trust her knowledge of the vegan items - which is something that I really appreciate. Definitely check them out and show them your support! :)
