My friends first time in five guys we walk up to the counter and get greeted by someone rolling their eyes? and walking away. Then a nice young lady served us we got two Reeses milkshakes ELEVEN POUND FIFTY with tax?!!!! i am so lucky i had a gift card. after we got served we proceeded to wait FIFTEEN MINUTES? for our milkshakes. We sat down and the table next to us had a family who was screaming and their children were throwing food? and we actually left the store and decided to walk around the shopping center. because of the lack of cleaning. altogether i will not be back and do not recommend this store?

Starting this review off with an extremely sore stomach and a warning. First of all, I would like to state this has never happened before and nor do I expect it to ever happen again. Today, during dinner time I ordered my usual meal (standard burger, chips with drink) and after my first bite of the burger, I could tell something was off, never thought too much of it (oh boy, I should have!) continued munching my way through this beast, demolishing this meaty feast finish up my meal. BANG, it hits me. I have been food poisoned. stuck on the toilet, not a chance or a hope of moving. all happened within 30 mins of the burger consumption so I'm sure it was this. I am disgusted, humiliated and extremely unwell! I will not be returning and will not recommend this to any others. beware and watch yourself.Check you meat, can be discrete!

Burger restaurant with a difference, freshly cooked burgers, made to order, tasty chips, lots of toppings to choose from. A bit more expensive than some burger establishments, but in my opinion, well worth it.

Ordered a grill cheese sandwich and hot dog, the sandwich was disappointing to say the least. The portion size was too small,like tiny and not as hot as I expected it to be. The hot dog was okay. Expected a bit better considering the amount of money we paid for them.

Ordered online for a collection at a specific time, then waited at pick up point being totally ignored by 5 members of staff at the cooking stations. Had to then go to order counter to get someone’s attention only to be directed back and then my order was made so ended up being 20mins in total, very poor for company that try to be high end fast food!What then was astonishing was their customer service departments reply when I complained, saying I should have made myself know to staff while at the pick up point, what by shouting to them, I don’t think so l, I told them I was ignored so couldn’t but seemed to fall of deaf ears.Food only average and definitely not worth over £25 for a couple of burgers and fries!Following your reply, how can I make myself known to a member of staff at the collection counter if I’m being ignored by them, do you expect me to shout??? I would have made myself known if any of the staff had acknowledged or approached me!
First visit. By far the best take away burger. Forget the others this is simply the best. Great burger, milk shake and chips.

Gets a 4* because it cost me over £20 for regular fries, a small burger and a milkshake, and as good as it was (and it was really tasty) it's so unbelievably overpriced it's crazy, if I took my family of four there you're talking over £100 for lunch and that's not going all out!! Sort your prices out Five Guys!! Sheesh!!

Fries were salty, not fresh and undercooked. Music too loud, could barely hear staff calling order numbers and grilled onions were undercooked. Not a great visit at all.
