The food was bland & uncooked. The staff were not welcoming at all and our plates weren’t even cleared before leaving. We sat for half an hour after our first course before someone even came to see if we were ok. Badly run, totally un organized and staff haven’t a clue what’s going on. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Shame as I’m gluten free and looked forward to there large gluten free menu. I won’t be back! The staff don’t care it’s a franchise! No loss to them! Terrible attitude!!

A great place to pop in for a mid week treat. Staff are always really friendly and quick with their service and the food is consistently good.I would book ahead if you want to visit at the weekend as it's usually super busy.

Good place for a nice evening meal and diner experience - not too crowded or noisy - located on the ground floor of Overgate mall. Service was speedy and friendly, food was very tasty.

Really pretty restraunt inside the shopping center. We had our food vegan and it was a great to have so many vegan options. It's nice to not have to hand pick the menu but to find something from the start. We really enjoyed our vegan pizzas and had the herb and garlic sauce(vegan) for the crust. The(also vegan) side salad was good too. In total we spent 50£ although we also had some desert which was cheaper than the last time we went for vegan pizza!PS I appreciated the very clean toilets.Dietary restrictions: They have a tablet with a lot of the food allergens so you know exactly what you get!

I went in today as a solo dinner and was greeted at the door very quickly, and was sat in a great seat. The little booths are great. The service was fast but I didn't feel rushed, Kirsty did great and was so friendly, and food arrived looking amazing. Will definitely be back
