Hot Chocolate Reviews
Hot chocolate was lacking in richness, though the temperature was reasonable. The drink was quite bland and at £2 for a regular was sad to see for an instant hot chocolate. The cohesion was poor with the lower half of the drink being rather grainy. 3/10

This is the 2nd time in 4 months I have used Forum Centre Greggs and the service is awful. Could be due to lack of staff and the staff being stressed but still no need for such poor service. After been shouted at to be next i approached with a box of yum yum in my hand and then explained i would like to order 3 drinks separately and then a food order. I was then ignored and told how much it would be so I explained again I was doing 2 separate orders. Daniel then snapped at me and said, yes 3 drinks and your yum yum. Again I said no, 3 hot drinks, then paying separate for 4 sausage rolls and the yum yum. He then huffed and started snapping at me, that he was doing it and I should just pay. I asked him not to speak to me in a constant snappy manner and he then started at me, accusing me of being unreasonable, then ignoring me. he them brought over one sausage roll and slammed it down and I asked what he was doing he said I'm getting the food order you wanted. I explained I had asked for 4 sausage rolls. He then said, right thats it I am not serving you anymore you have an attitude, I said he had the attitude and then he said, and your card payments hasn't even gone through!!! I said that is because it wants me to enter my pin. After that i was refused service. would not give me a carrier for the 3 hot drinks and would not give me the food order, said I could go to another Greggs to be served. don't worry Daniel I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Excellent cheese salad rolls and coffee.

Visiting Dundee and just love the bacon roll and hot drink breakfast combo. The rolls are fresh and squishy, they don't skimp on the bacon. The service is very friendly too. We even returned for lunch I had a steak bake. It was hot, crispy pastry and nice filling. My husband had a vegan sausage roll, nice texture and taste. Great price too.

Stopped off at Gregg's for a coffee chapel street, (sit in) while shopping in Dundee. All staff were very polite and helpful, but observing from my seat, a chap called Kevin went above and beyond to attend to customers. Well done, it's hard to find such good service now a days.
