The pizza was tasty and the customer service was fine. This is a famous takeaway near the university and most of the time you can see one or two customers waiting for their order. It would be great if there were more crew members. The place was very short-staffed when I visited. Moreover, it's just a takeaway and if you have a Pizza Hut restaurant voucher, then that's not gonna work here because it's Pizza Hut Delivery(that's what the staff told me). The place was also not that clean when I visited and it would be great if the place is tidier and this can attract more customers.Parking: You can park in the street near the shop.

Old man working there needs his p45 , maybe because he is getting old he is a sad old man who speaks to people like trash - he seems to be out of his depth- like everyone is an inconvenience to him- he is ruining the Pizza Hut brand and his pizza’s are awful- called to complain and he was extremely dismissive and rude- better if he pops his clogs and you get someone fresh to run this takeaway

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from the Pizza Hut Delivery Dundee West branch and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only was the pizza mediocre at best, but the service was atrocious. The old man working there was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He clearly has no understanding of basic customer service and seemed to take pleasure in being hostile towards me.When I called to place my order, he answered the phone with a grumpy "yeah?" and seemed annoyed that I was even bothering him. He then proceeded to talk to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. When my order finally arrived, the pizza was cold and overcooked, and the toppings were sparse and unappetizing.To top it all off, when I called to complain about the quality of the pizza, the old man was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. He acted as if it was my fault that the pizza was bad and refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation.In short, if you're looking for a decent pizza and good service, DO NOT order from the Pizza Hut Delivery Dundee West branch. The old man working there is a nightmare to deal with and will only leave you feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Put pizza in bin ?? as on photo for supreme large shows all veg topping and order was veg supreme ... Hut change on supreme as to pizza toppings all veg shop pepperoni and beef as no one read pizza description just see pizza people get confused on veg supreme and supreme ... Shame on calling to brook Street Dundee pizza hut ... No more order from here ... Better use other pizza company pizza hut pizza for bin

Total ripoff !!! £7 for 7 pieces of tiny chicken wings??? £1 for a single piece of tiny chicken wings. Unbelievable!! Bought it away, just to see if the taste and portion would do the price justice. But no, the taste is just basic, not even flavourful. What a ripoff. Overpriced pizzas overall. Do not eat their products guys. Honestly, the box that wings came in looked more expensive than the wings itself. Honestly worst place to eat. No value for money. Do not waste your money here guys!!!
