Un believable just visited this coffee shop ordered 2 drinks went to pay they said we have no change so have to pay by card, i wanted to pay by cash ,they told me well we can't give you change so your not getting your drinks ,sent out because of they can't take a cash transaction without my drink.This has to be the worst coffee shop in Dundee.An embarrassment of a coffee shop.wont be back.
Very friendly and very helpful staff who go out of their way to help at all times even when they are busy elsewhere. Food and coffee as expected in Starbucks, but served well and with aplomb.

Visiting Dundee for the weekend, first time at this store. I ordered an americano so not a complex order and it took an extraordinary amount of time to have the drink made despite the store not being particularly busy. Not the usual Starbucks experience I enjoy in my regular store in Edinburgh.

The food was good nice velvet cake and drink can't go wrong.Staff are decent not overly friendly thoIt had been recently done up and it's actually worse, downgraded if I say. The cafe has no personality really, hard chairs and benches that are worse than school benches.So for that I dropped 2 stars
