Have never been to this Subway and will not be back any time soon. Staff were really nice and chatty when i popped in back of 6 tnight ordered my usual but unfortunatley the bread was so hard it was like it was stale. i did notice that the first 6 inch oat and barley she was going to give me looked a little bit charred but fortunatley she noticed this and proceeded to get another one after she had thrown the charred one in the bin below where the oven was. Filling was not as fresh as i would of hoped either. I dont normally write reviews but after working a 12 hr shift I was Very dissapointed!!!

Iv given this branch several chances to get it right but on last 3 orders stuff missing from order. 3 items on today’s meal deal missing. One sub does not make a meal deal!!!!

sometimes you get what you ask for and sometimes you dont, you can pay for extra toppings but dont get them

Meatballs were not hot. Friendly staff changed them twice but still not properly heated so they were refunded. Shame because I love Subway but this was disappointing. The sub purchased at the same time was faultless.

Place was empty and 4 staff on when I went in it was around 2.30pm the girls were smiling but the young lad looked miserable, I left ans cancelled my order as it was only salad of the day and the young man took ages

Sandwiches are up to scratch, but the nachos leave a lot to be desired. Literally just half a bag of doritors emptied into a box with some cheese and salad thrown in.
Good food and service. Only down thing was the prices advertised had been increased and not been changed on the menu board

Compare to other Subway in Dundee that is so difficult to describe.Messy, everything mixed with everything. So you can get a cheese with ham even you don't want ham ?Staff ia paying their phones rather service the customers.The customer has to ask for an attention to be served.They look like they work as a punishment

It was a quick tasty lunch with my teenage grandaughter. Service good, distancing set out well and tables being cleaned after each use. Will go back

Typical Subway, but in a good way. Nice staff, clean and tidy. Food was hot and served quickly and we'd certainly go back Plenty of parking too

Clean premise very professional and friendly staff food ingredients were fresh and spot on. Recommend upgrading toilets as toilet facilities aren't up to scratch with the rest of the premises. It was clean and tidy as it should be it just let's the establishment down for its look my only issue. Still 5 stars for everything else
