Stopped here because I was looking for a coffee and a sandwich. Got a latte, slice of cake and a filled croissant, stupidly didn't look at the prices before and was shocked when that all came to £14.90!!The latte was very middle of the road, the croissant was fine but filled with just lettuce and a tomato jam - for how much I paid I'd expect more interesting filling. I thought the cake was quite nice until I came to the thick layer of burnt cake at the bottom - can't believe they would see a burnt cake and decide it's still okay to sell! Wouldn't recommend

Enjoying a delicious latte, carrot cake, roast beef sandwich, and earl grey tea! Service was good and fast. The carrot cake is especially delicious!! Moist, soft and flavorful and balanced with cream cheese frosting.

The best waitress in the world. She was so kind and good hearted that it was really addictive. We did not plan to go into the café, but it was the best random decision we made. The cake and the coffee were so delicious that we ordered more than we originally wanted.Greetings from 4 German visitors :)

Have to agree with other reviews: flat white served in a tiny glass...bland half a sour dough roll with Parma ham no butter/ spread no mayo or other dressing not even an offer ...no salad /accompanying embellishments..served in a brown knapkin stabbed by a wooden stick!My chair was decidedly rickety...all this was accompanied by a dark haired woman ..presumably the owner...conducting an employee meeting none to quietly .THIS WAS to be interrupted by a loud announcement " oh she must have gone to the toilet" when a customer entered cafe and no one was available to serve him....all this cost £10.50!WONT BE GOING BACK
Cappuccinos Ok. My apple cake was dry and tasteless. The cakes did not look fresh. Toilets filthy. Won’t be rushing back. 2 Cappuccinos I piece of dry cake £11.70. Best avoided.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. at first i was intrigued by this cafe having seen its 21 thousand followers on instagram but after a very short investigation i quickly learned that they are all fake followers that the owner has had to BUY because their business is a shambles which deserves to go down in flames. disgusting attitude from the staff, horrendous food and outrageous pricing. after looking at other reviews it was clear the owner is a dodgy snake who needs their business shut down asap. it didnt take a lot of searching to find out they are in a lot of legal trouble with outstanding debts to multiple people for various reasons.

Having been here before and enjoyed the toasties I was very disappointed with the offerings this time around. The sandwiches available are all out on the counter, uncovered, and the selection was not great. The toastie was awful and the service was worse. The waitress was sullen and unhelpful which escalated to rude when I advised that the toasty was disappointing. Shame. I will not be back. Plenty of lovely other options in Dunkeld.

More expensive coffee than usual, which is fine if its any good, but the flat white I had was very bland. More worryingly, the sandwich I ordered had a hair in it! Short and dark, too short for the length of hair the woman who was running the place actually has. So I can only speculate where that has come from! Lost my appetite completely and left. I would have demanded a refund but the air of superiority the woman carries about herself told me it would be absolutely futile. Going by the other reviews here my assumption seems completely correct. Otherwise cosy little shop, just a shame about the cantankerous woman seemingly running the place.-Brian.

My partner and I hired Nova Botanics, Michele Lamb, to do our wedding floristry. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, our wedding had to be cancelled. We had paid a large proportion of money (our deposit, which we were aware was unretrievable) and irrespective of this, Michele did not have the decency or consideration to respond to our copious amounts of emails, phone calls or texts, acknowledging the fact that we no longer require her services.We then made a visit to Nova Botanics, stating our disappointment in how Michele has handled the situation and that we would very much appreciate if she could respond to our various forms of communication. Disappointingly, Michele has yet to respond. Luckily my partner and I had a lucky escape, as after reading the various reviews on this platform and the experience we have had with Michele, I would be apprehensive to use Michele's services. Her inability to respond to my various forms of communication is very disheartening and not to mention disappointing considering, she was happy enough to send an email the previous day before we made the decision to postpone our wedding, asking for our final balance to be paid in full due to the increase in price via her suppliers. Her email states the threat of "not need[ing] to level down on qty or increase any prices for our clients and couples" should we pay in full, immediately. This is contrary to a contract being made, which includes the quantity and price of the blooms chosen, and when they must be paid for.Please consider using Nova Botanics, Michele, for any event as from our experience, it has been stressful, disheartening and disappointing.
