In quite a few times a week, staff are usually really nice. Always very busy in the morning and end of working day. I recommended using Bpme app, saves you waiting in Queue, but use your 4G, the app wont work with the bp stations internet.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to your employee Craig. I came in tonight with a flat tyre after hitting a pot hole. Couldn't get the airline to work (I was a bit upset and not thinking straight) Craig came out to help me. Discovered a hole in the tyre. Said he'd change it for me but unfortunately there was no jack in the boot. He offered me to come into the garage for a heat and a coffee while waiting on the AA. I would just like for him to be recognised for going above and beyond the call of duty! You're a star Craig and really helped me with my situation. Thank you so much!

An extremely expensive petrol station. It’s always so ridiculously expensive - I think they have contracts with all of the emergency services and first responders, as they’re always filling up here in their official vans, cars etc, so I imagine they don’t particularly care about being overpriced as they have guaranteed business courtesy of Mr and Mrs Taxpayer and the associated expense accounts that they retrospectively reimburse.The staff are always very nice though. I find them very pleasant and friendly. They cannot be faulted - always cheerful and happy. That’s why this review is not 1 star. The staff are 5 star - worthy.However, a small bottle of Evian’s about £1.50, a Dairy Milk is about £1.75 or something crazy. It’s just so dear. I think this garage forgets that it’s not based in central Mayfair and that is actually located in EAST KILBRIDE.

Never that busy. Cars etc. don't have to really queue for long. Have a store which stocks M&S items. Outside parking to visit the store.They have installed electric charging points which are currently not operational.
