Of all the local Costa coffee cafes this one inside Next ) Kingsgate, East Kilbride is always well run, friendly and welcoming. The staff deserve commending on their happy outlook and level of service over many years!Parking: Shared (free) parking for Kingsgate shopping complex.Wheelchair accessibility: Upstairs in the Next shop, though a lift is available; Quite a small seating area, so probably not the best for wheelchair uses, though there are a couple of tables where a wheelchair (or a pram) could be accommodated fairly easily - the staff are excellent, and would certainly help if they can.

Costa coffee is my favourite coffee shop. Where ever i go i always search out Costa for my daily Coffee.

Enjoyed the coffee, sometimes feels the shops need a good clean.
This Costa is located upstairs within a Next store on a busy retail park. There is plenty of free parking. The coffee shop,isn’t huge but it’s pretty well laid out. We had thought that it’s opening hours would be the same as the Next but it closes half an hour before Next. No big issue but it would have been good to have been told that when we ordered. The service was decent, enhanced by the waitress bringing our order to our table which was a nice touch. The coffee and cakes were standard Costa - so pretty good.

Popped in yesterday for a coffee, and decided to try a after 8 hot chocolate. Told no cream left. Bought anyway and found the coffee and hot chocolate were the worse I have ever tasted. No flavour whatsoever, and watered down took back to shop but by that time closed. Very disappointed.

Really great staff soon as me and wife came in staff found uz a seat then one member of staff went out his way and asked if I would like a cup of ice to keep my bottles of juice cold thank you.

Comfy seats with a sign saying "unavailable to use" but sign taken off and I suppose regulars sitting now right behind us in close proximity??

Friendly staff following strict Covid rules. Small selection of sweet things. Coffee takes a while but....hey....it's a barista coffee.
