Placed an order and it arrived quite quickly, I didn’t receive my breakfast baguette I ordered with extra bacon, and only received 1 of my hash brown portions ordered. Warm sausage rolls were cold, coffee was great. Thankfully Just Eat refunded me for my missing items however this doesn’t really make up for the fact my breakfast was ruined. Can it be that hard ?

Best fast food,bakery ect in & around E.K...if that's what you like.Can be a little expensive depending on what your buying but both myself and family go quite often especially for my little one as she loves the pizza!!! ?

As a muslim person, I can only eat halal foods. I went here and very clearly asked for a cheese and onion pastry. It wasn’t until I left the shopping centre and got into my car that I took a bite out of it and realised they gave me a chicken bake. I was extremely disgusted and felt sick afterwards. I called the store to complain about the situation. The lady who served us answered the phone and made many rude comments and kept trying to justify the reason she gave me the wrong thing. I explained how I couldn’t understand how cheese and onion pastry and chicken bake could even sound remotely similar, while getting visibly more and more irritated. She then made a disgusting comment; “ if you were truly muslim you wouldn’t speak to me this way” and hung up. I was extremely angry. I will never be visiting this store again and I am disappointed in the level of customer service and I would recommend em for everyone to avoid if possible.
