Ordered a home delivery an hour later and hadn’t received it. Called shop to be told no drivers had turned up to do deliveries. No contact from shop to inform me of this. I was due to start work at 1pm so lunch. This is not good enough won’t be ordering again.

The lady who served me this morning for breakfast items, sausage rolls, hot drinks and a pack of yumyums was exceptionally good. I didn’t catch her name however I noticed that she was efficient, friendly and very quick at sorting orders and keeping the que in order, this lady is an asset to Greggs.

Place is a joke. Came In at 9:30am in the morning two days in a row and the soup wasn’t warm enough so not ready. No hot food on the shelves and the shelves are bare! Staff looked depressed! Went to the Greggs in town centre and the shelves were full and lots of soup ready and available! Won’t ever be coming back to this place. If this place is franchised owned the owner needs to get a grip and sort it out. Really bad way to run a business

Never any selection, for as long as I can remember. They always stock the shelves with the bare minimum and today was the worst by far, 2 cold vegan suasage rolls and a few baguette’s. I’ll never go in again, worst stocked greggs in Scotland
