This is the 3rd time from here that something has been missing from my order. 1st time it was dips, 2nd time was 4 packs of chips, 3rd time again it was 4 packs of chips, by time I got home there's no point going back as my food would be cold so there would be no point, i tried to phone twice but phone rang out. I left a message that has probably been deleted to cover up their incompetence.

I would class myself as a well travelled connoisseur of fast food and had lost faith in KFC due to so many bad experiences,But thank god i stumbled across this little gem because this store is now in my top 5 takeaways,Chicken was fabulous, chips fantastic, service was impressive with so many happy people who clearly care about the food served and the company they work for.Well done to all that work there!Fantastic experience . I will return before i head home?

Drove there to pick up my food tonight at around 6:30 (sat). Not very busy, as a result, I can get my food fairly quickly! The chicken was a bit more salty than usual though!

Ok it's not the Ritz, but if your looking for decent food and fast, it's ideal.....and their rewards and offers beat the other fast food places hands down. I like you can order and pay on the app, then check in when your nearly there so there is no hanging about, which lets be honest everyone hates, not that I've had to wait long otherwise, nothing compared to the cattle market that is McDonalds counters.I really liked the 'new' fries too, it's not just the same chips with salt and pepper seasoning like the internet has been saying, they almost have a kinda herb and chicken flavour, I actual wanted more when I finished them, and I've literally never said that before.....like ever

Nice and friendly staff, never had my order wrong so this is s bonus ?
Very fast service. Both the chicken and the chips were really fresh. Chips were piping hot, and no grease at all on the chicken! Crispy and tasty. Used the touch screen. Lady was serving table next to us. Gave an update on the order on the way past... after only a couple of minutes. Brought drinks over 1st, then the food. Excellent experience and top quality customer service. As well as some of the best KFC that I have had..... and I've had a lot ?

First time I visited older woman was obnoxious, no customer service at all, didn't even get us correct order. Visited last night 9th July, 23, older woman was in corner taking her break, so felt safer. But alas we had the 2 dinner deals for £6.99, thought the box looked a bit empty, no chicken wings. Why put a great big photo of the product outside then leave products out... Grrrr....

Out of 4 meals 3 items were forgotten so had to go back for them. Very salty, pathetic amount of chips, krushem only filled up just past the halfway mark. Absolute joke! Would never go back

They manage to somehow every single gle time get my order wrong and 80% of the time they have you waiting in the carpark over 20 minutes for a simple order like 2 boneless box meals with gravey. Quicker walking to kentucky at the rate there staff work. Avoid this restaurant at all costs

Got a bucket 10 piece and chips chicken was dry and really dark brown batter I would say burnt or left standing for hours most of it was given to the dogs as it was horrible will not be back in this place and will get in touch with there head office as this was ridiculous receipt code was 125060524233056 just Incas the shop is interested but I doubt it will be don’t advise anyone to go to Queensway EK
