The KFC in East Kilbride Shopping Centre is in the food court upstairs, it's difficult to find a clean table but the food is always good here. I wasn't impressed with their chips however now that they've upgraded it I'm sure that it tastes a lot better instead of how bland it used to taste.

Oh wow. Stopped here yesterday as kids wanted food, never even considered anything would be an issue. There was not one single table that was clean, two staff huddled over a mobile phone one of which glanced up whilst I cleaned my own table. Everytime I looked at the servery staff where giggling over mobiles completely unaware or interested in the customers walking in taking one look and leaving again. By the end of our meal there was actually a group of ladies with small children who arrived, cleaned their own table and started pulling out what they'd just purchased from greggs and the coffee place over the road and had a wee picnic, not one of them purchased a thing and not one staff member noticed??? Food was fine, guess it's good for at laugh. Staff hilariously bad.

Chips were reheated or had been lying for a while wraps basic and the chicken is certainly not up.to KFC standard

This place is a joke . Not had a clean in weeks place bogging . People behind counter in civvys then jumps que to get staff priority service. Blond girl serving was moaning loudly no break ....who cares , terrible place to go into god knows what food is like , disgraceful place

My partner is phillipine she went into kfc east kilbride shopping centre for some food she was met by a woman called Dawn who was abnoctious and rude and even shouted at my partner for no reason. My partner was very upset about this and rang me straight away.my partner asked for a manager or supervisor and Dawn said there wasn't one on site. I then go I to store as partner didn't deserve the way she was spoken to and turns out Dawn was the manager on duty and refused to come and talk to me I can only put this down to racism its uncalled for and unacceptable in every manner as we r regular users of kfc well was regular customers. Head office will be notified of this and il also be going to see the actual general manager as this behaviour from staff I not tolerable in any means. I was so annoyed the staff telling me to calm down yet they have the right to dis respect my partner I don't think so
