Ordered here tonight, went inside as drive through was extremely busy, one I got my food and drove home realised that my Big Mac burger was missing, I had ordered a lot of food so assumed it was in the bag as the bag looked full, my mistake as I should have checked, tried to call the restaurant but calls do not connect and just cut off. Food was actually soggy and cold when I got back home anyway and I only live 1 mile away. Won’t be back as it’s the worst McDonald’s I have been too

This is one of the best McDonald’s I have ever visited. Customer service was on point. I had never used the automated machine to take my order, and the young man was patient to help me place my order.

This McDonald’s is getting worse. Consistently missing items from order after a very long a wait. Drove back to correct order and staff just smiled as if this is a regular occurrence. Unfortunately it is.
Drive Thru: Every time I visit this McDonalds they always make mistakes with my order and today was the same went back round and they proceeded to make my order wrong a further two times it’s beyond a joke the boy on the headset today also was on his phone and put my order through wrong and when I asked him about it I was told to “drive round to the next window” worst McDonalds ever!!!

Consistently the worst McDonald's I have ever used. Drive thru always takes ages (20 minutes for 3 cars tonight), never have full selection of drinks. Service poor. Filthy. Honestly will not use again and that's saying something. Always a bad experience here!
