Myself and girlfriend went for a look, 2 rolls and sausage, caramel and banana cake slice, and to diet drinks, reasonable price for the quality of food.

5 staff behind counter. 2 people waiting to be served. Customers were completely ignored while staff stacked cups and fiddled with shelf items. Quality of customer service 0. I walked away and won't be returning to this shop. East Kilbride shopping centre. 1 star to allow me to post this comment.

It's 230pm - 6 staff on- place is filled with dirty dishes- long queue. One person making coffee( guess the manager) no other person making coffee. See where the problem lies?
