Shocking customer service, staff can’t make decisions or seat groups appropriately. Asked to be seated at a booth and was told no in case a larger table came in, even though they had closed half the restaurant off and it was already pretty empty? They had seated a smaller party standing in front of us at a booth for 4 whilst we were standing there, don’t understand the logic in this but can honestly say I won’t be back. Second time I’ve had a poor service from this Nando’s, always a long wait for food and limited staff on to serve, won’t be long until it’s closed down like the rest of the centre.Parking: Paid parking the only option available :(

Fantastic Nandos probs the best one we've been in and we've went to several. Always get our food ordered, comes in a short wait time even when they're busy they still perform at their best. On the lil bit of constructive feedback the drink machine outside the resteraunt by the ice rink doesn't work and I feel a lil put off at times to go into a busy resteraunt and battle with the inside and outside seating areas for a quick top up. (wouldn't give it a 4 stars for that reason that's not a major issue) thank you for being the best Nandos out of the 7 we've visited nearby and in town

Placed an order on Deliveroo at 21.25. Was phoned at 21.40 and told that they only had one piece of chicken and would put another one in the oven and would be ready at 10 for a driver to come and get. The app continuously updated the delivery time and I eventually cancelled the order at 11 at night because they clearly were not going to be sending the food out. Absolute waste of time and left with nothing and to late at night to now get anything after working till late and having to leave it till that time to order. When they phoned to say they had one left, I don’t understand why they weren’t just honest and said to order something else rather than leaving me all night waiting for an order than didn’t show up. Total shambles to be honest.

A classic Nandos. The food was good as you would expect from any Nandos restaurant and the service was very efficient and friendly.

Ordered 3 meals, 1 was missing items, another was completely absent and there were aditional items that no one ordered, after phoning the store, the lady who picked up was either high or had some kind of learning disability because they seemed to have 0 grasp on anything being said and was borderline slurring their words. They refuted what we ordered while we listed the order off the phone despite the fact that we were reading the order off of the confirmation itself.
