I won’t be getting another one….. absolutely tasteless unless you like mixed herbs.Absolute waste of money wish I had just bought a frozen one or flushed £30 down the toilet.With food like this it’s only a matter of time before the brand is a thing of the past!!!!!Vomit!

Refuse to accept cash, therefore I will not be back. Companies like this are destroying our economy and right to privacy. When I now see a company going cash free I think they do not trust their staff, they are removing the need for staff ( banking ). Why are the public not seeing this? we should push against a cashless society, where at the push of a button they can freeze everything, no thanks! until you accept cash I will not be back.

Delicious pizza delivered exactly on time. It was fresh and hot. Absolutely no complaints and nothing left apart from the box. Will definitely order again.
Don’t order from here pizza burnt and missing order when phoned up got total attitude on phone then phone got put down no customer service skills just excuses there busy

This place is a joke! Placed an order online on 12th May and made payment of £55.08. A while later I got a call from the store to say they had no large premium bases of my choice left and gave me a cheaper base option in place. I refused and cancelled the order but I’m still waiting for the refund!! The store are saying that the refund should be given via online and have no control and when you call online they are closed due to Covid! Not a nice way of scamming the public! Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again!

Ordered a gluten free pizza tonight for the first time from pizza hut, there was no option to choose a larger or smaller size only medium which was fine. The pizza arrived and it was much smaller than a typical medium pizza, the base was solid and tasted of nothing, there was barely any sauce or cheese and the pizza was just bland. I've had far better gluten free pizzas from supermarkets for a couple of pounds and I paid £18 for this. Disappointed is an understatement! Ended up picking the pepperoni and cheese off and binning the base. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because it's not the restaurant's fault it is the same in any branch plus delivery was quick and the driver was friendly.

I order food from here quite a lot & can only say the service is very prompt & the delivery drivers are very courteous. The food Is left on the door step when dry but that is to protect me as well as the driver. So very understandable due to the pandemic. So its 5 stars from me.
