The best things were breakfast and cumfy bed, the worst, no shampoo or conditioner, the shower was like something out of a horror movie. One towel for 2 people. B a s i c. For £70 a night including breakfast it was just about acceptable. ?

I like the location at the top of the EK expressway close to Kingsgate retail park.Rooms: Beginning to need a refurbishment. No 3-pin sockets or USB sockets next to the bed is a bit of a nuisance.

Lovely hotel very friendly attentive staff. Stayed here with my son staff could not do enough to help and went out their way. Check in was great and very fast, not sure of the man's name but wore black him and his colleague Holly were especially helpful and very friendly. This hotel unlike some genuinely care about their customers stay. Will definitely be back .

Our experience at Premier Inn Nerston Toll was excellent. Particularly, the reception service upon arrival was great. The young lady (Holly) that attended to us at the reception was extremely pleasant, very friendly and welcoming. Other members of the team were really lovely people too. The room was clean, and excellent for the price.Though, the guy that attended to us at the restaurant for breakfast was kind of very rushy and come across as impolite.Overall, I recommend this facility. Great hotel, service as needed & when.Great little bar right next door which serves meals as well as alcohol for those who have a drink & as well as being right at the beginning of East Kilbride it's directly off the dual carriageway which was my first port of call.Not only does it have all the amenities it is also located beside 24-hour McDonald's Subway, and Dominoes as well as having a retail park with every shop you can think of within it.Great hotel, great location.Definitely recommend ?

Warning! Set your Alarm clock!! Over slept due to the fantastic black out curtains and extremely comfortable mattress!!! Fresh sheets, extra pillows, good flat screen tv on wall, clean bathroom and great service at check in. Just what you expect from a premier inn. Thank you. ?

Poor, booked a twin room got a family room with a sofa bed! The bathroom was dirty. The food at the Inn was poor. Won't be staying in one again
