The staff were excellent, but the place was empty and cold. It didn't feel cosy and inviting. And prices were shocking! £5 for a coffee. I won't be returning.

Every time I bring in my own cup, which perfectly fits the medium size drink, they always leave like 3 inches of space at the top. So I'm paying for a medium but consistently get a small :(

I don’t often write reviews but wanted to after the fab service I received today. Feel awful as I didn’t get his name (Dark hair, sleeve tattoos) but thank you again for your act of kindness and wish you all the best with your studies. The store is lucky to have you :

Good experience. It was the weekend and the town centre was really busy. So, the coffee shop was well staffed. The place was fairly busy but our order was taken quickly and we received our coffees soon after. We managed to get seated but before we did. A member of staff cleaned the area again. It was a hot day so the cool air conditioning was very nice.
