Accepted my order on just eat knowing they didn't have the Donner meat left then tried to charge me extra to replace it with chicken.Refused on principal and asked for a refund, was told to speak to just eat about a refund.Essentially just been scammed by them.How about you don't accept the order when you know you can't fulfil it? Could of avoided a really awkward situation for both of us.Girl on the phone then started arguing with me over it which took this situation from ridiculous to comically unprofessional. Won't go back and highly recommend going elsewhere.

Just orderd pizza's and chips for kids woman on other side of phone didn't add one of the pizza's when I noticed the mistake when delivered I phoned back and she said it wad my fault for not calling the pizza by its right name (margarita) she sent it down within 10 minutes but charged me another £2.50 for delivery. Just cost your chippy about £100.00 a month never again.

Just phoned an order from here by accident ! I was supposed to phone fry box in Easthouses!Wish I bumped it now ! Absolutely rotten once again ! Hence the reason I stopped coming !Whoever fries the chips wants to call it a day ! Half cooked and unedible as per usual ! Avoid here go to Easthouses!
