Beware of hidden policies and poor communication at this establishment. I recently purchased a cake, only to find out later that if I canceled within 24 hours, my money would be tied up in a credit note valid for a year, without any option for a refund or even the ability to change the order. What's worse is that this critical information was conveniently left out during the initial phone conversation.Adding insult to injury, someone else bought a cake for me without my knowledge, leaving me stuck with a voucher I may never use. This lack of transparency and inflexible policies have left me feeling frustrated and cheated. It's disappointing to see a business prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and honesty. Avoid unless you're willing to gamble with your money and patience.

warning warning warning!!! warning warning warning!!! 3d cakes: new order # 100016128 do not order from this company unless you don't mind not having a cake for your event. i have taken them to court. ordered a cake online, chose a date and time, decided i wanted to pick it up 1 hour earlier and decided to phone, the owner david duncan, happen to answer my call, sounded very polite and everything seemed fine. he took my details and said yes you can pick up an hour earlier. got to their shop and amy, i believe that's her name the manager, took my details, went in came out again, took my details again went in and came and said sorry your cake has not been made. as you can imagine, this is the day of the event, i was stunned. i said what do you mean? she said we didn't have enough time to make your cake. i said on your site, when you order, it gives you dates for collection or pick up and you get a confirmation email and i also spoke to david duncan who said i can can pick it up so what exactly is happening? she went in to phone david duncan, turns out that he got things mixed up and to add salt to injury, allana louise duncan, who acted as a lay representative in court, who was not present when that call was made, said that i phoned and i was told my order was cancelled and they were confused to see me turn up to pick up cake. firstly who in their right mind will drive an hour after they have been told their order was cancelled and arrive at exactly 11am as discussed on the phone, secondly why was my refund processed shortly after 11am on the day i arrived to pick up my cake and not when they claim they told me the day before of the cancellation because obviously when i came to pick up the cake, that's when they realised their mistake and then refunded me and finally, once an order is cancelled you almost instantly get a notification of cancellation and refund, then how long that refund takes will depend on the card issuer why did i not get a cancellation email of notification to inform me that my order was not going to meet up the collection dead line. i will continue to fight this case in court because what upsets me is that this company have not issued an apology but instead lied to cover their errors. a cake company knows how sentimental celebrations are for different people so to treat people like this is unprofessional and unkind. and i am very sure i am not the first and won't be the last. i am telling you do not order from them you will be very dissappionted. go somewhere else.

I ordered cake last week for my son’s birthday I was extremely disappointed from the cake not even worth of 10 pounds.. the sponge cake was so dry and the size of cake was so small. How on earth you gyzz can charge £75???for a tiny cake which is completely dry from inside and have only one small layer of butter and above all was not at all tasteful even Tesco cake is better than yours… will not recommend it to anyone… and also you gyzz took £3 extra to write only happy birthday… like seriously 3 pounds?? which is only worth for few pens per customer?? you can charge a 100 pound no problem with that but at least give that quality to your customer who is spending their hard earn money not to take your embarrassment(cake) in front of many people??

Our wedding cake looked fabulous against the backdrop of Edinburgh castle ! The lemon and the vanilla sponge tiers were so tasty with the buttercream and jam filling and everyone loved it!Lanna and the staff at 3D were all so professional and everything went so smoothly..last minute I ordered 6 GF cupcakes for one of my coeliac friends and that was no problem either. I’ll def order another cake! Yum
