Great.....Really nice looking bar - classy and with staff to match, they were perfect - a real credit.Improve.......House wine tasted cheap and was £26 which isnt cheap. Paulaner £7.35 is far too expensive. Brisket taccos had the bare minimum of meat - never seen such sparsely filled taccos. Plus going to the toilets - the area needs a refurb as the doors for example look like left overs from working mens clubs in the 70s. (eg not much paint left)Genuinely like the place though as many thumbs ups - could so easily have been a 10/10 but for some very easily fixed negatives.

It is a lovely place with very tasty food. We went for breakfast about 11am. It was not too busy but there was just one person doing the floor, which meant she was very busy. We could see other 3 waiters around but hardly helping her on the floor. She was doing a great job with a smile on her face but should have had help. Wish I knew her name.

The service was shocking. We were shown to our table and then sat there for an age, when nobody came to take our order I ha to go the bar to order it. It then took 50 minutes for meals to arrive, then it was cold so had to be sent back. The young boy on the floor was floating about as if he was in a trance and he had no urgency in his work. When he asked if we wanted our dessert straight away it took another 20 minutes to come.We ended up missing our train due to this and had to get a later one.I had to go to bar to pay and then the girl served someone who walked up after me. I did let he know this.We have been before and I high recommended the restaurant to friends, however I would really have to think twice about going back there again as we were so disppointed.

A great place for lunch or dinner. We started with Karaage Chicken which was sweet and tasty with a bit of a kick. This was followed by Fish & Chips and a Ribeye Steak. All veg and sides were flavoursome and cooked just right. To finish a Popcorn Brownie was ordered and this was a great end to a very tasty lunch all washed down with a bottle of house Merlot. The young waitress who served us throughout was very welcoming, friendly and efficient from start to finish. We have already booked another table for two weeks time!

A very young member of staff argued with me when I complained that my cider was cloudy - he said it was supposed to be like that because of the hops!!!!! Cider does not have any hops, it is made with apples & Aspal's is a clear cider - always has been, always will be. Got a replacement which tasted soapy, so had to get another replacement from another member of staff, however there was then a disagreement between the staff about it. This would not have happened in Wetherspoons! It would have been replaced instantly with no questions asked
