Only a fuel garage but I don’t like coming here because of the unhappy & unwelcoming atmosphere - your staff are miserable… no doubt as a result of extremely poor management. Pricing of food in store is ridiculous (many many local shops with far better pricing) this shop is neat & tidy but clearly nobody likes working here. I’m blaming you, management.

Jet wash barely works. It takes at least 10 seconds to get any pressure out of the hose. Barely any foam in “foam” brush.Foam wash had a slight dribble of foam in it.Rapid chargers are a nice addition. There’s usually a few available because they charge £0.70/kWh which is about double the price per mile of diesel.As others have mentioned no toilet facilities.

I paid £2.05 for a bottle of milk!! YES £2.05!!£1.35 anywhere else! Bad enough, but when I opened it with 2 days to go on the sell by date it was sour. Expect a visit, then once I get my money back I will never darken your doorstep again.RIP OFF.You should be ashamed of your prices.

Car wash never works!!! Especially don't come after 22. No toilet in 24h garage! Staff definitely need to improve customer service. It's not nice when you are served and they are using earphones to talk with somebody in urdu. AVOID

24hour garage with no public toilet? That's bad enough but not letting a bus driver from the local company and in full uniform use their toilet at 0030 in the morning is a disgrace. The man was clearly in need and had literally nowhere to go after he was refused. Shocking!

Man on phone could not understand what I was asking and could not answer question as to whether they have E5 at the moment, how difficult can it be.

Used the car wash today at around 15:00hrs. When we got home and got out of the car we realized that it had chipped the car paint in multiple places, in wide line all down one side, as if one of the turning brushes had something hard stuck to it. We went straight back to the forecourt to inform the manager. She inspected the car, agreed it was bad, gave us a refund for the carwash and informed us that we had to complain to BP directly (which we will do). This was absolutely fair enough, as there was a limited amount she could do to help us at the time.However, she did not she did not appear to shut the carwash down and prevent others from using it. So, having been told the carwash had damaged a car and needed an inspection or maintenance , she continued to let it be used and potentially damage other people's cars, which is very negligent.Happy to be told that it was shut down after we left, but that did not appear to be the case, and the manager gave no indication that she planned to do this.
