Asked for 2 doublers with soft eggs for me and my kid, received the rolls with hard eggs which we don’t enjoy, either bad communication from lady at the desk or they didn’t bother cause they are making too much money either way disappointing.

This is a hidden gem of a coffee shop and cafe. Easy to park and ideally located. The owner is very friendly as are the staff. I have been coming here for over 20 years. The owner always makes a fuss of my young son. So much so he insisted on inviting him to his birthday party!! Coffee is great and the soups are wonderful too. Service the way it should be done.

Love this coffee shop and been coming for years. Owner is very friendly and staff are excellent. Shout out to Gillian (owners wife), his daughter Mel and Janet and Eloy who look after everyone with a friendly smile and a bit chat. Great venue within golf range with ample parking. Can recommend ?

Just sitting on this cold morning having my one and only rest break, and I thought I must share my experience. On arrival you are met by a very warm and welcoming owner Jimmy and his fantastic hard working staff, who are only to eager to help you. Today I had a bacon & black pudding double decker washed down with a fabulous extra shot cappuccino ?. To add toMy experience I got chatting to a wonderful and inspirational lady of the grand old age of 101 . This lady comes in regularly for her coffee & scone , which she assured me was just gorgeous. I would highly recommend a visit to this underrated and cracking wee cafe .???

As someone who worked there for over 2 years, this is the worst place you could ever go to. Zero food quality, no hygiene and safety standards and the worst part, a bad and rude person as the owner.Oh, and don’t let then fool you. All the good comments on the reviews are the owner’s friends.

Horrible place. You have to go through a big rude man, who yells at you if you take the wrong entrance, for having an overpriced decaffeinated coffee, that believe me, it's everything but no decaffeinated.

Just enjoyed 2 beautiful breakfasts in an environment which is clean bright and efficiently socially distanced. No more could be done to make customers feel welcome and safe whilst adhering to the recommendations. Well done Braid Hills We will definitely be back.
