Fairly average eggs Florentine, but full marks for a) serving breakfast all day (rare in Edinburgh) and b) my eggs Florentine had LOTS of yummy wilted spinach which wasn't at all watery. I would order it again, happily.Vegetarian options: I had eggs Florentine and was happy with both the food and the service.”

We were looking for a solid breakfast along with real coffee to start the day of adventure in Edinburgh and the Coffee Mill checked every box and more. My wife had a really fresh Mediterranean egg dish and I had eggs and salmon. Both cooked to perfection and in a timely manner. Her espresso over ice and my Americano was just delightful. Amanda was great in giving us directions to easily find Dean Village too! We promised to return and we did on get away day for we knew we could get in and out with a full happy belly!”
