Absolutely terrible. Staff rude and unhelpful and slow. Forgot my dip. Half effort made when I was the only one here.

Well it wasn't bizzy so the food came reasonably fast shame it wasn't correct but in the spirit of being polite and not making a scene I let it slide. So I then ordered the same burger again and it came wrong once more, this time I returned it and complained to be fair it was sorted. The staff definitely need better training shocking to get something wrong twice

Everything about this was disgusting, to pay 25 quid for two very cold and dry burgers and chips isna disgrace. As previously mentioned AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I should have got a sandwich from m&s!

The worst whopper chips and onion rings ever - do not use this place. Burger dry no flavour. Chips old and dry. Onion rings stuck together and no flavour. Avoid !

Shout out to the tall, brown haired guy that helped me today (Wednesday) to get my order in under two minutes as I was literally running for a train. I hadn't eaten all day and won't have a chance later so you're an absolute lifesaver. Thank you!

The store is pretty dirty with goodness knows how old sauce on the floor. Even though it was made while I waited the food was still just warm. The coffee was fair and about the only good thing about it. Plenty of other places to go to at the station

I have a dairy allergy. Twice I have purchased a burger without cheese (informing the server of said allergy) and as I sat on the train to eat there has been cheese on the burger. This is absolutely not OK. If someone has a severe allergy I would stay away.

If you are not weighting for a train go to the Burger King on princess st. The food will be hot and better service and with the added bonus of not being hassled by pigeons!

I love flame grilled burgers so Burger King is always my choice out of the fast food outlets
