Had such a great time at Caffè Nero! The two workers closing up were super friendly and lovely, and they were amazing with my dog. The vibe in the cafe was cozy, and their service was top-notch. If you're looking for a chill spot with awesome staff and yummy treats, Cafe Nero is the place to be! ?☕️

My wife's coffee was fine but my hot chocolate was very poor. Worst I have had from there as it is usually fine. Not a lot of hotel chocolate in the cup, too much cream for the amount of hot chocolate. It hadn't been properly stirred as some of the chocolate was still in its dried form at the bottom of the cup. (We had a takeaway)

I love the Caffè Nero at Fort Kinnaird and would not go anywhere else. The store is always busy and the staff work constantly to do the best that they can. All the staff including Rachel, Chase, Rabeb, Dan etc are always welcoming and cheer me up when I'm having a bad day. They also make the best coffee!!

We normally go to Caffè Nero around 9:30 every Saturday morning and get takeaway. This morning we decided to sit in. I actually couldn’t believe how dirty it was. This particular Saturday morning was not busy and I could not find a clean seat anywhere! There were crumbs, plates, stains on every single chair. We eventually sat upstairs on the wooden chair and table which was less filthy than the chairs downstairs. I would never sit in again, we just wanted to finish quickly so we could get out. Every single seat was dirty in some way so I wouldn't assume that was from before we got there, but maybe the night before. I know they get very busy but management need to put more staff on to clean if that’s the case.

Watched a scenario unfold yesterday. Where a customer had spilled some shake or something, all over the doorway. How it was dealt with was unbelievable. A member of staff tried to do everything possible not to clean this up.. instead she she kept walking back and forth looking useless, whilst people tried to stride over it to get in and then she poured a bucket of water over the whole mess and walked away from it. It eventually took about four people to clear up the entire saturated mess which was by now a disaster and being walked into the store and water all over the walk way in to the building . They were so inept it was annoying. All it needed was somebody with a back bone to use some common sense and it would have been sorted in no time at all.Typical millennial childish behaviour. I wouldn't pay these people in washers.For goodness sake get a grip

Not disabled friendly…. Toilets are upstairs (2 flights) and no disabled toilet. Used to like this store when I was able bodied but won’t be back now

Alway a long queue. Very expensive and full of people with laptops taking up tables for four ++ tables need cleared more quickly.
A really big Caffè Nero so lots seats to be got and it's got lots off great shopping round about it
