We arrived with my wife in a wheelchair and, without needing to ask, the whole team could not have done more to make our ordering and seating as easy as possible. The lovely, considerate and caring staff are a credit to this business and to Edinburgh Airport. Thank you!

We went to Caffè Nero Nicolson street this morning and must say we have received a fantastic service from the young lady called sunds she was so welcoming she mentioned that it was her first week so wanted to wish her good luck.

Nice little coffeehouse with a dozen different tables for groups. Got a coffee and pastry to go, both were great. Staff was friendly despite it being 730am.

A nice place to shelter from the rain, (when it's not packed with students taking all the seats all day with ONE cofee)!
Typical of its type but reasonably quick service, we enjoyed our toasty sandwiches and cuppas. Prices and selection of snacks what you would expect
Love going here. Its mostly students and being much older I don't feel out of place the staff are really nice and they are quick to help you.
Food very good however POS system didn't work
