This is a fun little coffee shop. We had a small coffee and a chocolate chip cookie: they were amazing. There's also a bookstore next door so you could buy a book and then start reading it while drinking your

The classic chocolate drink is good. A little heavy to pair it with a brownie though, wrong choice ?. Both were delicious.

Usually this place is really good, my favourite Nero to come and chill out in, but today the guy behind the till, was rude, had a miserable look on his face while serving and was the only one doing so, two other members of staff, one was clearing tables (slowly) and the other don't know what he was doing, with a qué to door, three people in front of me left because the speed of service was so bad. I ordered a sandwich which when it was done was left on the counter and just shouted out, what happened to taking it to the customer. Such as shame as this Nero is usually really good! Poor show!

I go here twice a week and the staff are so friendly and kind. Today me and my dad came and got two hot chocolates and they were delicious and the person was only a trainee, great job Caffè Nero Staff!

Bought an ultimate breakfast bap, dripping in fat, was only given one tiny napkin and no cutlery. I usually like Caffè Nero, but not on this occasion.

Great Cappuccino. Great friendly service. If you're trying to park good luck and make sure you've got enough money for the legalised robbery by Edinburgh Council.

Called here for the rugby match midday. Seating area was untidy and very cramped. You had to get a code for the toilet which frustrated other customers. Wont be going here again.
