Opened at 12:30 pm today (Sunday)Tried a lot of dishes till I had my fill. Finished after more than an hour.Food are tasty and hot. This isnjusty second time here and I again enjoyed my meal. Definitely worth what you'll pay for. I added a bottomless soda and paid a total of £25+ .Staff are ready to assist and are courteous as well. Cheers!Kid-friendliness: With sweets and ice cream station that kids will surely love.

There were amazing selections of food from asian, british and american dishes. I loved the section were they would cook the food in front of you with the selection of beef, dumplings, salmon and prawns. I also love the variety of asian food. Don't forget to try their soft ice cream.

I recently dined at Cosmos Buffet in Edinburgh, and I had a great experience. The variety of dishes was impressive, and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff was attentive, and the ambiance was pleasant. My only minor complaint is that some dishes could have been warmer. Overall, a good place for a buffet dining experience.

Fantastic place to visit... The food and staff were just fabulous... I don't normally eat dessert but I couldn't resist todays buffet menu... And really good value for money...

Lots of food choices, which is great. I did try the Chinese, Thai and Indian food. Would be a good idea to have Mexican or South American food too.

Worse restaurant EVER. My daughter and her 13 year old friends went in for a meal thinking they only had too pay £10.99 as that’s what it said on the menu. Got told if they were under 150cm they needed to pay 10.99. Got charged an extra 10 pounds and couldn’t get home i had to go pick all of them up. Disgusting behaviour.

Very disappointed with food. If you have a lactose intolerance don't bother going as limited choice and only a few fruits and sweets for a sweet course. Gents toilets were in need of repairs. One urinal hel together with sellotape, another with top missing showing workings, only one tap and one dryer working. For £60 I expected better. ?

It's fabulous for a mixed group. Because of the enormous choice of dishes from around the world, I defy anyone to say they can't find something to eat. We had my granddaughter who eats plain food through to me who wants something unusual when I go out. Service was quiet and unobtrusive. Better to book to ensure a table.

Great variation of food and great value. We were there about seven years ago and glad we revisited it on this visit to Edinburgh. The food was very good from the carvery, the sushi bar, fish, bar, Chinese & Thai sections, Indian section and even the pizzas. The deserts were get good including the chocolate fountain and the ice cream. The staff were all helpful and friendly and worked extremely hard.

"COSMO in Edinburgh was my first buffet restaurant experience in the UK, and it offered a diverse array of foods. While there was an abundance of choices, I felt the selection was more inclined towards Chinese cuisine. As someone with an Indian palate, I found the Indian variety a bit limited, leaving me longing for more. However, the sheer range of dessert options was commendable, with something to satisfy every sweet tooth. Overall, it's a good place to explore global flavours, but those craving more Indian dishes might find it a tad lacking."Vegetarian options: Not much vegetarian optionsWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Have not been here for years and was a bit underwhelmed to be honest. There was a problem with the printer apparently and this meant I had to re-order our drinks, but they came pretty swiftly after that. I found the food all a bit meh and lukewarm at best. My 15 yo granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed hers - pizza and noodles. They were a bit slow in clearing the tables. Overall though not too bad, I'd probably go again, it gives everybody a lot of choice.

We had been to this restaurant many times pre covid. This was our first visit in 4 years and unfortunately we were disappointed. There isnt as much food choices and many dishes were empty. Understandably because of the current economic situation prices do have to increase but we felt underwhelmed by the experience. The staff member at the payment till asked how our meal was and I said I was disappointed. He asked about our drinks I said that was fine however the waiter brought out the wrong drink to my husband which was changed immediately. We were given a discount which was appreciated but unfortunately we decided not to return.

There is something for 6 here. The quality of food is good and it's all hot and kept refilled. Indian korma was delicious, sweet, and sour chicken also good. Lots of choice refillable drinks. And lots of dessert choice and of course a chocolate fountain. Overall, it's good value for money .Kid-friendliness: High chairs avaliable and lots of families in.

Nice spacious place, nice decor. Lots of different foods to choose from which were quite nice, but unfortunately food was not hot which spoiled the experience. Not as good as other buffet places I’ve been to.
