Just popped in for a coffee while waiting for my bus ,very disappointing that they don't have any toilet facilities

Was in today at 12:30ish (02/08/2023) , great service from everyone behind the till, however the blonde female barista with short hair was extremely rude and talking down to her two co workers who were on the till and on the coffee machine. Made me and other customers very uncomfortable and felt really sorry for the other members of staff who don’t deserve to come to work and be spoken down to like that. She was totally out of order.

After reading about your insane "inclusive " advert promotion , showing a cartoon figure with a double mastectomy , I won't be visiting any Costa in the foreseeable future

In need of coffee and not wishing to take a risk we drank here and found it to be pleasant coffee, atmosphere and value.

The worse customer service ever. They made a still lemonade three times and it was undrinkable. When I complained they treat me with hipocresy and don't return me the money. Never will come back

Such a cute little coffee shop

Usual standard of coffee which is good, busy little venue but great staff who were really friendly. Gary the guy who was taking orders, was super friendly and helpful( but not in an overly invasive way). Great eye contact, engaging in conversation....100% spot on for customer service.

No tables inside. It was raining and we sat outside and got wet. Luckily Mary had a headscarf as she'd just had a bouffant.

You will find the usual good quality coffee here and the usual selection of pastries and sandwiches. The place was clean and service very friendly and helpful. I have been to many worse outlets of this particular chain and would return to use it again.

It's always great to have coffee sitting in the square.

This branch of Costa has gone downhill in the last couple of years. The tables are filthy, rarely cleared, and even more infrequently cleaned. We were literally sticking to the one we were sitting at. The service is poor, extremely slow. The choice of cakes, etc, practically non-existent. We have visited this Costa since it arrived in Raeburn Place, Edinburgh, back t we will not be back. The coffee was decent, but the surroundings - just YUCK!
